M squared, part of the regional well known INTRO Group, which was established in 1980. M squared was established with a new concept of altering the real estate market in Egypt, aiming to create a unique living experience, omit the excess beyond function and provide products that speak more.

ICON was commissioned to complete the architectural design, MEP design and the 3D rendering of the project. Thereafter the scope of ICON was to execute the complete interior fit-out’s of the M squared offices.
