Proposal
Either by obtaining interior design drawings conducted by third party architects or design drawings done by our architectural design department, our tendering department will prepare a financial proposal in the form of a BOQ (Bill of Quantities) covering all the works related to providing a turnkey solution.

Contracting & Delivery
Once our clients project is onboard we commence the projects team to overtake the contracting works providing a complete turnkey fit-out solution.

Handover
Upon completion of the project, we will prepare and provide our client with a complete set of handover documents consisting of the As-Built drawings, warranty certificates and the O&M manuals.

As a turnkey contractor and under our interior Fit-Out and FFE works, ICON also provides Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) design & build services.
We follow the same six key phase philosophy to reach a common goal. MEP designs consist of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Submissions and Approvals. Our MEP build services consist of the same trades as well as maintenance works.

Our joinery division operates under a dedicated professional team of carpenters complimented with the latest tools and equipment.
Our main strength is the ability to work with architects to achieve the clients specification. The services provided are essential for any fit-out project, complete joinery fit-out and installation with a various range of services achieving challenging finishing requirements.
